In the hopes of making things easier we've removed the requirement for the nominee's email address when nominating. We would still appreciate this information.  Nominee's must have a working easy to use and find method of contacting them from their site/page/blog. Those nominations received with email addresses will be notified first.   Should we get flooded with nominations (one can only hope!) and the schedule gets set back we'll let everyone know what's going on and when they might expect to view nominees and vote on works.

We hope the lifting of this requirement helps those who wish to nominate and participate in this program.
